Educational Qualifications

  • Candidates Should Possess 10TH Pass.
  • Only those sportspersons who have acquired the following sports achievement eligibility norms in the championship from 01/04/2022 to (date of notification) and are active, will be eligible to apply for appointment against all posts under Sports Quota.

Job Role Description

  • Find and identify talented athletes for outdoor sports like football, kho kho, and athletics under the sports quota.
  • Create and apply selection rules for sports quota recruitment, following national sports policies.
  • Work with sports clubs, schools, and local organizations to help in finding talent and discussing the selection process.
  • Keep track of and evaluate the performance of recruited athletes, ensuring they meet training and performance goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on athlete selection, recruitment strategies, and suggestions for improvements.
  • Work closely with coaches, trainers, and administration teams to ensure smooth coordination of sports programs.
  • Help develop policies and ensure recruitment follows national sports laws and quota rules.
  • Organize and take part in sports camps, trials, and awareness programs to encourage participation in outdoor sports.
  • Provide the necessary training, coaching, and equipment for selected athletes to improve their performance.
  • Help solve issues and provide feedback during the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
