Eligibility Criteria

To apply for Additional General Manager / Joint General Manager (Legal) post:

  • Must be a graduate in Law (B.L / LLB) from a recognized Institution / University with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade examination.
  • Possess a minimum of 17 years of post-qualification experience as an Additional General Manager and 15 years of post-qualification experience as a Joint General Manager in handling legal matters in a PSU or a Company in the private sector having a minimum annual turnover of Rs.250 Crore.

To apply for the Joint General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Architect) post:

  • B.Arch graduate
  • Minimum 15 years of post-qualification executive experience for the Joint General Manager (JGM) level and 13 years of post-qualification executive experience for the Deputy General Manager (DGM) level.

  • B.E / B.Tech (Civil) graduate
  • Possession of M.E / M.Tech (Civil / Structural)
  • The incumbent should possess a minimum of 07 years of post-qualification experience in the design of large infrastructure projects. Out of 07 years of experience, a minimum of 3 years.

Job Role Description

  • The incumbent should play a pivotal role in the design and development of Metro stations and should possess expertise in design, and design management, with interdepartmental coordination.
  • Responsible for overseeing CMRL’s comprehensive property development design and its integration with the station
  • Responsible for comprehensive Design Development of architectural, interior, and landscape elements for metro stations, with integration of functionality and sustainability.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating architectural works with consultants, site teams, and various system departments to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Required to oversee the integration of transit-oriented development principles, multimodal transport systems, and relevant urban planning policies into station designs.
  • The incumbent shall adopt sustainable design practices and green building technologies in every aspect of the station design process, with an emphasis on energy efficiency, environmental impact, and regulatory compliance.
